When you find an item you love, please select the size (if applicable) and quantity you prefer and click “add to cart”. After adding all of your favorite items to your cart, you can complete your purchase by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Once you have reviewed your cart and confirmed all information is correct, you will click “proceed to checkout”. You will fill out all billing, shipping, and payment information, and then click “Pay securely with credit card”. Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed it goes directly into creation. To ship orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you review your cart closely before completing your purchase.
We do not currently take orders by phone at this time.
You do not have to have an account to complete a purchase, however it may be helpful when accessing your order status and information.
We accept most credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for online purchases.
Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. Country Moo reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.
Our standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Our shipping time will change due to holidays.
To return or exchange your item(s), please contact us at contact@countrymoo.com. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee we can honor every return or exchange request depending on the reason for the request and the inventory available.
Country Moo products make great gifts! When filling out the billing and shipping information during checkout, be sure to fill out the shipping address as the address for the lucky receiver. Under the zip code field, there will be a field that says “If your order is a gift, enter your gift message here. (optional)”.
